Urgent Care for Theo

Could you be a foster carer for Theo?

Theo is a 3-year-old boy who needs a loving foster family and a long-term home to help him thrive.

He is friendly, funny and has a playful personality. Theo loves Peppa Pig, toy cars, and playing outdoors. He attends day care and interacts well with other children. Theo has so much love and playful energy to give.

Theo is of Aboriginal heritage and has a plan in place to support his cultural journey.

Theo has ongoing medical needs, requiring supportive and understanding carers to assist him as required. His carers will be aided by the Family Spirit team.

Theo is currently residing in Western Sydney. Ideally his new placement will be nearby for his ongoing medical appointments, which are currently supported and funded by NDIS.

Theo’s foster family will need to work alongside our Family Spirit team and his support system to help assist him with strategies and activities that will continue his growth.

No foster experience is necessary, and age is no barrier. All that is required is a safe home and a commitment to providing the care and support that Theo needs.

A long-term solution would be ideal for Theo, but we would love to hear from you if you can offer short-term care too.
