Manager Carer Supports and Education
Family Spirit Limited is seeking a highly relational, organised and compassionate leader to join our organisation as the Manager – Carer Supports and Education.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for strengthening the support, wellbeing, education and therapeutic engagement of foster carers across Family Spirit’s Out-of-Home Care programs.
The role will work directly with carers, casework staff, leadership teams and clinical supports to ensure carers feel heard respected supported receive educational supports and stay connected with the agency in a meaningful manner.
Family Time Supervisor
Family Spirit Limited is seeking compassionate, reliable and child-focused Casual Family Time Workers to support supervised family visits across the Hunter Region.
The role is ideal for people who are passionate about supporting children and families and who are able to build positive, respectful and professional relationships while maintaining strong safeguarding and professional boundaries.
Weekend work is currently available, with additional weekday opportunities available from time to time. Must be available to work every second Saturday all day.
Complaints and Safeguarding officer
This newly established position has been created as part of Family Spirit’s organisational governance and safeguarding uplift program and will play a critical role in strengthening transparency, accountability, child safe practice and regulatory compliance.
The Complaints Manager will report directly to the Executive Manager Safeguarding and work closely with Executive leadership, legal representatives, operational leaders and external regulatory bodies including the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and Office of the Children’s Guardian (OCG).
