Family Time Worker (Casual)
We have exciting opportunities for casual Family Time Workers to join our Permanency Support Program Team. In this role you will work closely with children and young people, carers, and families to engage in safe and meaningful family time and activities while in out-of-home care.
Catholic Mission and Formation Lead
We are offering a rare and meaningful opportunity for a Catholic professional with formation in spiritual direction, pastoral care, chaplaincy or theology to serve as our Catholic Mission and Formation Lead.
A full-time role integrating pastoral care, spiritual accompaniment, reflective practice, and professional development for staff and carers.
Senior Therapuetic Case Manager
We are seeking a senior Therapeutic Case Manager with extensive experience in out-of-home care, a deep understanding of trauma and relational healing, and a strong commitment to Catholic values. This role is suited to someone who sees their work as a vocation, who leads by example, and who is motivated to support children with complex needs while mentoring colleagues through reflective, ethical practice.
Team Leader IFP
We are seeking a compassionate and capable leader to guide our Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) team, a small group of practitioners working with families where children are at risk of entering care. This role is suited to a reflective, relational leader who brings strong clinical oversight and a deep belief in healing through connection.
Carer Assessment Case Manager
We are seeking a Carer Assessment Case Manager with strong professional experience in out-of-home care, who is qualified in Step-by-Step assessment and committed to walking with prospective carers through an honest, reflective, and supportive process. This is a role for someone who values connection, discernment, and mission.
